“I just wanted to share my story with you. During my pregnancy I found out that I was carrier of group B Strep. The way it was explained to me I thought I would loose my baby after his birth. During my 36 weeks of pregnancy my baby’s moment was reduced and sometimes I wouldn’t feel him move for the whole day. I was admitted to the hospital, I remember sitting down crying and worried. I was put on the monitor. We could hear my baby’s heartbeat but I just can’t feel him move. When I was 37 weeks they decided to induce me and gave me IV antibiotics to help protect the baby from the infection. Within the 45 minutes of being induced and waters breaking, my baby boy was born with no complications, very healthy. He weighed 7 pounds 4.
