Calling all Home Heroes
A nation-wide virtual challenge event taking place on 26 April 2020 – become a Home Hero for the day!
The 2.6 challenge is a nation-wide virtual challenge event taking place on 26 April 2020, the day originally scheduled for the London Marathon. Whatever your age or ability, you can take part. After all, we’re not looking for superheroes. We’re looking for Home Heroes.
Simply think of an activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26 that suits your skills and complete it on Sunday, 26 April – when the 40th London Marathon would have taken place. This could be something as simple as pledging to run or ride 2.6 miles as your daily exercise, holding the plank for 2.6 minutes, or gardening for 26 minutes, we want your help to save the UK’s charities and join Team GBSS.
It’s never been more important to come together and show how much we care.
