You are challenged to conquer 3100 squats throughout October. The challenge runs from 1-31 October 2022. Every penny raised will help saves babies’ lives and provide support to those families affected.

No – it’s free to take part in this challenge

There isn’t a set fundraising target, but we do challenge you to raise £150 per person, and we will send you a challenge medal for your efforts. Find out more about how Group B Strep Support spend the funds you raise.

We would love it if you could use this challenge as an opportunity to fundraise for Group B Strep Support to help save babies’ lives. Setting up a Facebook Fundraiser is a simple and effective way to do this.

You could use the handy tracker which will be sent to you alongside your t-shirt (if you have requested one). If not, you can download the tracker here.

No, you do not need to send us proof or verify your activity. It’s your responsibility to track your challenge.

Feel free to share updates, videos, and photos in the 3100 Squats Facebook group, we would love to see your daily activities.

The entire challenge will be hosted on the Facebook Group. You will be able to chat with other likeminded fundraising heroes, receive and share top tips and post about your amazing challenge.

  • We aim to send out t-shirts twice a week. Please wait ten working days from when you placed the order before enquiring about the whereabouts of your t-shirt.

Yes of course. Just share one person’s Facebook fundraiser page and individually register for a t-shirt (if required).

Yes, of course! The more the merrier. Just share the Facebook group link with anyone who would like to join.

Yes – you can join from anywhere! Unfortunately, we aren’t able to post t-shirts internationally, but you can download and print materials from the Facebook group.

The challenge is suitable for all ages and abilities. However, as this event is hosted on Facebook, we ask that all participants who sign up for this event are aged 18 or over.

That’s not a problem, please follow the link to set up a JustGiving page.

The quickest and easiest way to collect sponsorship is through donations directly to your Facebook Fundraiser page. However, you can also accept offline donations for your challenge too. Download your sponsorship form.

Don’t worry, we’re here to help you every step of the way! Go on our Facebook group, it’s a great place to share ideas with people who are full of tips and would be happy to support you. There are several ways you can pay in your sponsorship money:

Online via your Facebook fundraiser/JustGiving page. Facebook & JustGiving transfer donations to GBSS automatically so you do not need to do anything.

By phone using a debit or credit card on 0330 120 0795.

By cheque made payable to Group B Strep Support.

By BACS emailing fundraising@gbss.org.uk for bank details.

  • If you’ve raised sponsorship money offline please use the sponsorship form and send a cheque to: Group B Strep Support PO Box 203 Haywards Heath West Sussex RH16 1GF
  • If you have fundraised via Facebook, your page should automatically close on the 11 November 2022. If you have fundraised offline, please if possible send your sponsorship money by 11 November 2022 also.
